Is it possible to deliver or pick up bins outside of your service area?
Yes, we offer delivery or pickup options outside our service area, especially for longer rental periods or larger quantities of crates. Each case is handled individually, so feel free to reach out to our office to discuss the possibilities further!
Do I need to be present for delivery and pick up?
Your presence is needed during the delivery of the plastic bins to sign the rental agreement. However, for bin pick-up, you don't need to be present. You can simply leave the crates outside your home in a safe location, whether it's at your doorstep, entrance, or with the reception if you live in an apartment complex.
What should I do if I missed my scheduled bin delivert/ pick up or my crates weren’t ready for pick up?
Oops! If you miss your scheduled pickup/delivery or the bins aren't ready (and you didn't give us a heads-up 2 days beforehand), no worries! In these cases, there's just a small additional fee of $35 to help cover the extra logistics. Just reach out to us as soon as possible to reschedule. We're here to make things easy for you!
Is there a charge for additional crates if I realize I need more during the rental period?
Yes, if you need extra crates during your rental period, there will be an additional charge of $0.75 per crate per day. Please note that additional charges of $50 may apply for extra deliveries within our service area. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our friendly customer service team. We're here to help!
How can I extend my Bin rental period?
Its easy, If you'd like to extend your rental period, simply let us know via text, phone at 970.393.0475, or email to bins@oncallmovingandstorage.com or as soon as possible (no later than 48 hours before the end of your rental period) and we can send an invoice to extend the time through our software.
Can I rent the bins for just a few days?
You can rent plastic bins for just a few days if needed. However, in this case, you will still be charged for the minimum rental period of 1 week.
How can I cancel my order / what is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your rental order, please contact us as not later then 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund, and the full rental fee may apply.
Do you provide stickers and zip ties?
Yes, we provide labels and zip ties, based on the number of plastic crates you have rented (one zip tie and 1 sticker per crate). There is no additional charge for these items.
